RULES FOR CREATING SUBSCRIPTIONS

on the "MARKET-UP" platform (www.market-up.co)

1. General Provisions

Subscriptions created on the platform perform two functions at the same time — an advertising function and a discount function.

Anyone may create subscriptions. To do so, it is necessary to undergo full registration on the platform and specify the following information in the subscription:

— the goods or service;

— the discount percentage;

— the language in which the services are provided;

— the validity period of the subscription (at least 1 year);

— the city;

— the address (not required for online services);

— a valid website or social media page (not newly created);

— messengers for contact;

— a secret code;

— tags for search.

2. Subscriptions may be freely transferred to third parties for use on the advertised service — without any restrictions.

3. The validity period of a subscription is at least 1 year and no more than 3 years.

4. During registration, it is necessary to specify a valid website or social media page on which the stated goods or service is already being advertised. The resource must not be newly created.

2. Who May Create Subscriptions

5. Subscriptions may only be created by the owners of the stated goods or services, or by their authorized representatives.

6. The author of the subscription confirms that they are the rightful and legal owner of the goods and services provided, and that all information they have specified is accurate, current, and correct.

7. By accepting these terms, the author of the subscription grants the platform the right to conduct periodic checks — at its own discretion or at the request of a third party, including authorized bodies — in order to confirm the author's identity and the accuracy of the information they have provided.

8. If, in the course of a check, a fact of falsity or inaccuracy of the information provided is established, this will be regarded as a violation of the terms of the Agreement. The platform has the right to immediately close the user's account or refuse the user the use of the site's services.

9. If a subscription was created by a person who did not have the right to do so, that person shall be held liable in accordance with the legislation of the country in which they reside.

3. Verification of the Subscription Author

10. Every author must undergo verification as the owner of the subscription. To do so, when creating the subscription, it is necessary to specify an e-mail address that is published on the website or social media of the company providing discounts on the goods or services.

11. The created subscription must then be confirmed at that specific e-mail address.

12. The specified e-mail address must appear only in sections accessible to the administrator of the subscription author's website or page. It may not be located in third-party posts, reviews, or similar materials.

13. When creating a subscription, it is also necessary to specify a link to the website page or social media page on which this e-mail address is published.

4. What Goods and Services Subscriptions May Be Created For

14. Subscriptions may be created for goods and services that are continuously replenished — that is, for something the company can provide on a regular, recurring basis.

15. Subscriptions may not be created for one-time sales or for the rental of unique property — for example, an apartment, a car, or similar property.

16. Subscriptions for permanent discounts may be issued either for the entire range of goods or services at once, or for each individual product — this must be clearly stated in the subscription itself.

Prohibited Categories

On the MARKET-UP platform, it is not permitted to advertise or create subscriptions for the following groups of goods and services:

— tobacco and smoking products;

— explosives and weapons trading;

— narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances;

— trade in human organs;

— goods whose production and distribution are prohibited by law;

— goods that require state registration, certification, or a license, if such is not in place;

— lotteries;

— baby food products;

— financial services;

— securities;

— one-time sales (cars, apartments, and similar items).

5. Subscription Content and Intellectual Property

17. When creating subscriptions, it is prohibited to publish prohibited content or to use profanity or threats.

18. The author undertakes to provide the user, upon request, with all information necessary to understand the full scope of the services provided or the quality of the goods offered.

19. Authors of subscriptions must respect applicable copyright and intellectual property laws and must in no way violate them. In particular, the content must not contain brand names, logos, registered designs, trademarks, or watermarks (including a recreated or modified logo), except in cases where the owner of the relevant brand has given written permission for the use of such content. For example, the author may not use a photograph of a watch if the brand name on the watch is legible in the photograph, without the written consent of that brand.

20. The author of the subscription bears full and sole responsibility for ensuring that the content and form of the subscription comply with legal requirements, as well as for the legal permissibility of using logos, brand names, and other objects of intellectual property, including any mandatory information required by law.

21. The content of the subscription must not include elements using free or purchased components from other sources, unless the user holds the appropriate license.

22. The use of state or military symbols is not permitted in the content or images.

23. It is not permitted to use subscriptions without a license or permission for their resale.

6. Safety and Documentation

24. The author is obliged to inform the user of the features, as well as any possible side effects, of the goods or services provided.

25. Where required, the author must provide instruction on safety procedures and fire safety rules.

26. The author of the subscription undertakes to provide the user, upon request, with licenses, certificates, declarations of conformity, and other necessary documents (or their duly certified copies) for the goods or services, as well as documents confirming the accuracy of the information stated in the subscription. These documents must also confirm compliance with copyright and related rights with respect to the intellectual property used in the subscription.

27. If the posting of materials under these rules becomes grounds for claims, lawsuits, and/or orders to pay penalties from government authorities and/or third parties, the author of the subscription undertakes, immediately upon the user's request, to provide all requested information regarding the content of the materials and to assist in resolving such claims and lawsuits.

7. Moderation, Blocking, and Use of the Subscription

28. Subscriptions posted on the site become available to users only after undergoing pre-moderation.

29. If the stated service or discount amount is not being provided under a purchased subscription, that subscription will be blocked by the administrator. In the event of repeated violations of this kind, the author's account will also be blocked.

30. To use a subscription, it must be presented in activated form — printed or electronic. When ordering online, contact the party using the details indicated on the subscription, state the subscription number and the required service, and, if requested by administrators, provide the secret code.

8. On the Business Blog and Automatic Subscriptions

Important: when filling in your blog header, it is not recommended to include contact details there. Place all necessary contact information within the subscriptions themselves, which users purchase from you — this both increases your income and increases sellers' interest in promoting specifically your subscriptions. What has value is what carries a cost.

When a subscription is purchased, every buyer automatically becomes a subscriber of that subscription's author's blog. To increase sales, actively run your Business Blog.

31. The platform uses a system of referral links and inviter IDs. When registering via a link or the ID of the person who invited them, a user automatically becomes a subscriber of the blogs of the program's upline participants. Automatic subscription to the blog of a subscription's author also occurs at the moment that subscription is purchased.

32. By navigating to www.market-up.co and using the site (via a browser or any other program or technical device that allows the content of web pages to be displayed), the participant confirms their agreement to the automatic subscription to the blogs of the program's upline participants, as well as to the blogs of the authors of the subscriptions created.

33. If you do not wish to receive news updates in your blog feed from the program's upline participants or from subscription authors, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button in the blog.
