PARTNER MARKETING PROGRAM of the "MARKET-UP" platform (www.market-up.co)

1. About the Program

Voluntary Participation in the Affiliate Program

Participation in the MARKET-UP Affiliate Program is voluntary.

The User may purchase and use MARKET-UP subscriptions independently of participation in the Affiliate Program.

A User who voluntarily chooses to participate in the Affiliate Program may activate an Affiliate Account in accordance with these Rules.

Activation of an Affiliate Account is not a mandatory condition for purchasing or using MARKET-UP subscriptions.

If the activation procedure provides for the purchase of subscriptions, such purchase shall be made voluntarily by the User for the purpose of obtaining the respective subscriptions and shall not constitute a mandatory condition for purchasing any other goods or services.

The terms of participation in the Affiliate Program, including the terms for receiving affiliate rewards, apply exclusively to Users who have voluntarily joined the Affiliate Program.

The Partner Marketing Program is a system for promoting goods and services through subscription recommendations. The program was developed by the specialists of the MARKET-UP platform to popularize the service and expand the opportunities of every participant. It stands out for its accessibility and simplicity, and was created to help everyone who wants to promote the platform's subscriptions on the international market and earn income both from selling their own subscriptions for permanent discounts and from promoting the subscriptions of other platform participants.

MARKET-UP users create their own subscriptions and put them up for sale, and also purchase subscriptions for permanent discounts from other platform participants. To receive a stable income from selling subscriptions, participants recommend the companies they themselves use. All users they invite can also form their own subscriptions, put them up for sale, and recommend the subscriptions of other program participants. If a participant does not create their own subscriptions, they can sell the subscriptions of other participants — helping them promote their business while increasing their own income.

The more actively participants promote the platform, the faster not only their rewards grow, but also the visibility of the business of all subscription authors. Every registered user can also run a personal Business Blog on the platform, sharing their work, thoughts, and creative ideas.

2. Program Terms

Partner — an individual or legal entity that, in order to promote their business, places their subscriptions at a discount on the website www.market-up.co, and also acquires, for personal use and further resale, subscriptions from other partners participating in the MARKET-UP Partner Program.

Partner Program — a program that stimulates the system of purchasing and selling subscriptions on the MARKET-UP platform.

Cost of initial activation — an amount equivalent to 60 US dollars, required to purchase subscriptions and participate in the Partner Program. This amount consists of purchasing 10 subscriptions at 6 US dollars each from 10 active Partner Program participants. Of every 6 dollars, 5 US dollars go directly to the seller of the subscription, and 1 US dollar goes to the platform for providing its services.

Sector — a table for tracking potential buyers of subscriptions.

Referral — a partner invited into the program, depending on their level of placement within the sector.

Referral level of the sector — the level of placement of partners according to the order in which they were invited into the program.

3. Invitations and Referral Structure

— The referral system, with its vertical linkage, clearly records the sequence of invited participants.

— The people you invite are always attached to you and fill the vacant positions in your sectors.

— The number of people you can invite is unlimited.

— Regardless of the level you occupy in your upline partner's sector, in your own sectors you are always placed at the top, first level.

— Every time program participants activate their accounts within your sectors and purchase subscriptions from you, you receive a reward.

4. Payment for Subscriptions

Payment for purchased subscriptions is made from the buyer to the seller and is immediately reflected in the seller's personal account — a personal account that is opened automatically upon registration on the MARKET-UP platform. Available payment methods may differ depending on the user's country; the current list of payment methods available in your region is displayed in the personal account during registration and payment.

The money reaches the seller immediately after payment, and information about all subscription purchases made is displayed in each participant's personal account.

Purchased subscriptions always belong to the buyer, who may use them personally or transfer them for use by third parties.

5. How to Become a Partner Program Participant

— Complete full registration on the MARKET-UP website (www.market-up.co).

— Specify a payment method available in your country (a personal electronic wallet or account).

— Carry out the initial activation of your account — purchase the number of subscriptions required to activate Sector S1 (see Section 6).

Registration in the Partner Program takes place via the referral link or ID of the user who made the invitation.

6. Sector Structure

The Partner Program consists of sectors (tracking tables). The number of sectors is unlimited and depends on the activity and goals of each participant. Sectors can be used to track the number of buyers of your subscriptions.

A sector is an element of the MARKET-UP marketing system used to account for and distribute subscription purchases and the income of all participants located within that sector. Each sector has 8 levels of development. A user always sees themselves in their personal account at level 1 of every sector they have activated.

A direct participant you invited, who has also activated sectors, is positioned at level 2 and is your level-2 referral. If that person in turn invites someone, that person is positioned in your sector at level 3 and will be your level-3 referral — and so on, up to level 8.

Sector S1 — Initial Activation

Sector S1 is the main sector, in which the initial activation of downline partners takes place and their monthly activity is tracked.

To carry out the initial activation of an account, it is necessary to activate Sector S1: purchase one subscription each from 7 upline active partners and from 3 other active program participants of your choice — a total of 10 subscriptions at 6 US dollars each.

All downline partners who also decide to activate Sector S1 will purchase subscriptions from their upline partners — including from you, provided you have already activated this sector. Downline partners are displayed at the sector's levels in the order of their initial registration and referral linkage, as they carry out their own activation.

Level 1 — you

Level 2 — level-2 referrals (your direct invitees)

Level 3 — level-3 referrals (invited by level-2 participants)

Levels 4–8 — invited by participants of the previous level

Additional Sectors

A Partner who voluntarily participates in the Affiliate Program and wishes to receive the affiliate rewards provided for by the Program may activate additional Sectors in accordance with the terms of this Program.

Activation of each subsequent Sector provides the Partner with the opportunity to participate in the corresponding level of the Affiliate Program, including the opportunity to sell their own subscriptions and receive the rewards provided for by the Program for qualifying transactions of other participants. The mere existence or activation of a Sector does not guarantee any income, profit, or specific financial result.

The number of subscriptions required to qualify for the respective Sector is determined as follows:

Sector S1 — 10 subscriptions: 7 subscriptions from higher-level Partners and 3 subscriptions from any other Partners or Users authorized to sell subscriptions;

Sector S2 — 20 subscriptions: 14 subscriptions — 2 subscriptions from each of the 7 higher-level Partners, and 6 subscriptions from any other Partners or Users of the Partner’s choice;

Sector S3 — 40 subscriptions: 28 subscriptions — 4 subscriptions from each of the 7 higher-level Partners, and 12 subscriptions from any other Partners or Users of the Partner’s choice;

Sector S4 — 80 subscriptions: 56 subscriptions — 8 subscriptions from each of the 7 higher-level Partners, and 24 subscriptions from any other Partners or Users of the Partner’s choice.

For subsequent Sectors, the same principle of doubling the number of qualifying subscriptions relative to the previous Sector shall apply, unless otherwise expressly provided by this Program.

The purchase of subscriptions is voluntary and constitutes the purchase of the respective subscriptions for personal use, exchange for other available subscriptions, or other use in accordance with the MARKET-UP Rules. The purchase of subscriptions is not a mandatory condition for purchasing or using other subscriptions, goods, or services of MARKET-UP.

Subscriptions purchased by a Partner from other sellers may be counted for the purposes of qualifying for the respective Sector, provided that the transaction is actually completed and paid for.

A MARKET-UP Partner may also act as the end user of the purchased subscription. The purchase of a subscription by a Partner does not exclude such transaction from qualifying sales, provided that the transaction is genuine, paid for, and not fictitious.

Participants within the Partner’s structure may purchase subscriptions listed in their gallery for personal use, exchange for other available subscriptions, or to fulfill the activation conditions of the respective Sector, if such conditions apply to their participation in the Program.

The purchase of a subscription by one participant from another participant does not automatically create a right to receive income. Rewards are calculated exclusively in accordance with the conditions established by this Program and only in respect of qualifying transactions.

Fictitious or sham transactions, transactions without actual payment, as well as transactions carried out solely to artificially increase the volume of sales without the actual acquisition of the respective subscription, shall not be recognized as qualifying transactions.

Activation of a subsequent Sector is a voluntary choice of the Partner. Failure to move to the next Sector does not deprive the Partner of ownership or the right to use previously purchased subscriptions and does not prevent their use in accordance with the terms of the respective subscriptions.

7. Sector Activation Rules

— Moving into subsequent sectors is not a mandatory condition of the Partner Program.

— If a partner has not activated the next sector, they cannot sell subscriptions within that sector. A downline partner who has activated a subsequent sector is placed behind the active upline partner in that sector and purchases subscriptions from those users who have already activated that sector.

— A user (Program Partner) may activate a subsequent sector at any time.

— A partner may temporarily get ahead of their upline partner by activating a more expensive sector that the upline partner has not yet activated. In this case, the downline partner is placed at the level of their nearest upline partner who has already activated that sector, and the reward for this activation goes to that partner rather than to the partner who made the original invitation. Once the direct upline partner activates a sector of the same cost, the structure is restored according to the referral linkage.

— After activating any sector, a partner always sees their position in their personal account at level 1 of that sector.

— The principle of activating new sectors remains the same with each transition: to activate a more expensive sector, a participant must first activate all less expensive sectors, if these have not already been activated. For example, if a participant decides to activate a sector at the 4th cost level right away, they must sequentially activate sectors 1 through 4, if these have not already been activated.

8. Monthly Account Activity

To maintain an active account status in the Partner Program, a user needs to visit the website and their personal account at least once a month. Monthly activity is confirmed specifically by visiting the personal account and does not require any additional purchases of subscriptions beyond those needed for the initial activation of the chosen sectors.

If an account remains inactive for longer than the established period, the ability to sell subscriptions to other program participants is temporarily suspended until the website is visited again and activity is restored.

9. Transparency of Payments

All settlements between buyers and sellers of subscriptions take place directly, without intermediaries. Information about purchases made, rewards credited, and the sector structure is available to every participant in their personal account at any time. Purchased subscriptions belong exclusively to the buyer, who may deal with them as they see fit — using them personally or transferring them for use by third parties.

Please note: multi-level partner (network) reward programs are regulated differently depending on the country. In some jurisdictions (for example, China), such models are subject to strict restrictions or outright prohibitions; in others (including the United States, European Union countries, Brazil, Turkey, and the Republic of Korea), specific requirements apply regarding disclosure of information to participants, the structure of payouts, and the avoidance of features characteristic of pyramid schemes. Before launching or promoting the Partner Program in a specific country, its compliance with local multi-level marketing and consumer protection legislation should be verified, with the involvement of qualified legal counsel in each relevant jurisdiction.
